Pork Casserole

- 10 boness country port ribs (or shoulder) cut up into 1-2" cubes shopping list
- 2 onions sliced shopping list
- 6 red potatoes cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cabbage, sliced shopping list
- 1 can (14 oz) Saukeraut (drained) shopping list
- 3 carrots sliced shopping list
- 1 pepper (red) chopped shopping list
- 2 cans cream of potatoe coup shopping list
- Half N Half shopping list
- Seasonings: shopping list
- salt, pepper, caraway seeds, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Sazon(1 pkg), thyme, crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- (all to your tastes) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut up meat into cubes 1-2", place in dutch oven
- Cut up vegetables and top meat
- In bowl, mix soup with half n half (about 1 can)
- Pour over mixture in dutch oven
- Season to your liking (if you have other flavors - add)
- Mix all in dutch oven to coat well
- Cover and bake about 3 hours,
