Serving's depend on size of dog. I find the dogs just love them, they contain all the goodies they need and are also very handy for traveling.

Grate the veggies,
Blend thoroughly all but the flour, then add enough plain flour to make the mix 'rollable'.
Press into scone trays or similar, score the top with a knife into the size
pieces you want (little pieces for small dogs, larger for your big guys) and
bake in a slow oven until the biscuit is quite dry.
I actually add a few capsules of fish oil and capsules of glucosamine ( my husky has arthritis.)
Just break up the pieces when cooked and cool and store in airtight
containers.
Get a few trays done and freeze some also.

Thankyou for posting this. We just got a puppy in August and she has food intolerances just like her owners LOL irony is a funny thing(especially since the dog we had before this one also had food intolerances).
She can't have any of the manufactured dry food, not even the vet one as she can't have chicken, beef or pork.
I can make her some now YAY.

Good recipe! I used to home cook for my 2 Sammies...had to quit when my husband wanted to eat their food!
Do you ever grind up the egg shells to add some calcium? If you grind them up really well (NO large, sharp edges), it supposed to really good for dogs. 5+++++

This looks great. When un-wanted company stops by you can put some gravy on this and dinner is served. We don't get this fancy. I get some offcuts and scraps from the butcher at about 40 cents a lb and toss 2 lbs of that in a pot with three cups of rice and maybe some slightly old veggies and cook it up. Dinner for three medium size dogs. These are all Samoan mongrels and they thrive on it. RJ
