How to make it

  • In small saucepan, bring broth to simmer.
  • Meanwhile,heat olive oil in large skillet over med. heat. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds,until fragrant. Add peppers;cook ,stirring often till they begin to soften. Add spinach;cook 1 min,until just wilted. Divide mixture between 2 soup bowls.
  • In large skillet,heat canola oil over medium heat. Place pot stickers into skillet flat-side down;cook 10 mins,turning occasionally until evenly browned. Place dumplings into 2 bowls. Add broth to bowls. sprinkle with cilantro.

    This Sounds Great and I Will Try It I Love Pot Stickers! I Will Try Mine with Chicken Pot Stickers and Chicken Broth As My Kiddo's Love Chicken!
