Lemon Butter Glazed Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- Flour shopping list
- 6 TBSP butter shopping list
- 6 TBSP water shopping list
- 2 TBSP lemon juice shopping list
- 3 tsp dry chicken bouillon mix shopping list
- Chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- Lemon slices shopping list
How to make it
- Coat chicken in flour, lightly shake to remove excess.
- Melt butter in large skillet, add chicken, and cook till lightly browned.
- Add water, lemon juice, and bouillon mix to skillet, stirring till bouillon mix is dissolved.
- Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat till chicken is cooked.
- Remove chicken and keep warm .
- Continue to cook sauce over medium high heat, until thick and glazed.
- Pour over chicken, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices.
