How to make it

  • Coat chicken in flour, lightly shake to remove excess.
  • Melt butter in large skillet, add chicken, and cook till lightly browned.
  • Add water, lemon juice, and bouillon mix to skillet, stirring till bouillon mix is dissolved.
  • Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat till chicken is cooked.
  • Remove chicken and keep warm .
  • Continue to cook sauce over medium high heat, until thick and glazed.
  • Pour over chicken, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices.
