Baked Potato Discs

- 1 large brown potato per person shopping list
- Vegetable oil shopping list
- Creole seasoning shopping list
- Onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- Wash potato skin good.
- Slice the potato into ½ inch discs, discarding both ends.
- Rinse the discs with cool water and dry with a paper towel.
- Place the discs into a bowl and completely cover with vegetable oil.
- Let potato soak in oil for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 325 deg.
- Remove potato from oil and place on cookie sheet.
- Lightly sprinkle Creole seasoning and onion powder on potato discs.
- Cook potato discs for 20 minutes.
- Remove potato discs from oven, flip each potato discs and lightly sprinkle Creole seasoning and onion powder on potato discs again.
- Cook for about another 10minutes or until the potato discs are done.
- Remove from oven and enjoy.
