This is my grandmother's recipe for banana bread. It is so good and so easy. Perfect sliced by itself or topped with brie or cream cheese.

Ingredients
  • 3 very ripe bananas, the riper they are, the sweeter the bread
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup of flour

Directions
  1. Combine eggs, smashed bananas, sugar and oil. Slowly stir in dry ingredients. Put in bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or longer, checking periodically.
