Bacon Crisp Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 250'
  • Place 1 tsp of cheese on each cracker and wrap tightly with a piece of bacon. Place wrapped crackers on broiler rack on baking sheet and put baking sheet in the oven.
  • Bake for 2 hours or till bacon is done. Do not turn. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or at room temperature.
  • Note: You can bake at 350' for 40 mins. if you are in a hurry.

    I think my kids would like this. They seem to really enjoy bacon now, and they have always liked cheese and crackers. Thank you.
