This is a wonderful dish to serve...will go with most anything...

Ingredients
  • 1 (24oz) pkg frozen potato wedges (skins on)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or plain paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Non Stick cooking spray
  • 1 cup shredded white or cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup crushed croutons
  • dairy sour cream (optional)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven according to package direction for potatoes.
  2. Place frozen potatoes in a large self-sealing plastic bag.
  3. Combine oil, garlic, paprika, and salt.
  4. Drizzle this over potato wedges.
  5. Seal bag and shake to caot potatoes.
  6. Lightly coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  7. Spread potatoes in a single layer on prepared pan.
  8. Bake potato wedges according to package directions, turning once.
  9. In another small bowl combine the cheese and croutons.
  10. Sprinkle over the potatoes the last 3 minutes of baking.
  11. Use a large spatula to transfer potatoe wedges to a platter or large plate.
  12. Serve with sour cream if desired....
  13. Green onions chopped real fine can also be added to top of this for a pretty garnish...
