Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter and 2 tsp. olive oil in skillet over medium low heat
  • Add onions and cook, stirring often until onions become light brown in color....About 20 minutes
  • Stir in honey bourbon and cook another 3-4 minutes
  • Season steaks with salt and pepper
  • Heat grill pan to high and cook 3-4 minutes per side...More if medium rare isn't wanted.
  • Rest for 5 minutes
