Praline Cheesecake Cookie Bars Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix butter, 1/2c. sugar & 1t. of vanilla until light & fluffy.
  • Gradually add flour & mix until well blended.
  • Press mixture onto bottom of 9x13" pan.
  • Bake 20-25 min. until lightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and the remaining sugar & vanilla.
  • Add eggs & mix well. Stir in brickle chips.
  • Pour mixture over hot crust.
  • Drop teasponfulls of caramel topping over cream cheese mixture.
  • Run a knife through the batter to swirl the topping
  • Bake an additional 30 min.
  • Cool then refrigerate.
