Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except eggs, mix well. Season to taste. Stir in egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff-fold quickly into vegetable mixture.
  • Spoon into a ring tin, bundt pan, even a muffin pan would work, and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Unmould ring on a serving plate and serve with a salad or bread or as a side dish.
  • Enjoy!

This looks REALLY interesting! And a special "honor" to have your photo featured at the top of the home page! I've noticed that recipes featured there are usually older posts. I haven't been around here long enough to know how recipes get there - are they Kristopher's picks?
