How to make it

  • Sprinkle the chops with salt,pepper and garlic powder. Brown in a little oil in saute pan(I use electric fry pan). Add onion and brown. When chops and onion are brown,add soups(canned and dry ) and enough water to make a smooth gravy.Bring to boil ,sprinkle thyme into gravt and simmer for about 45 mins or till chops are tender. Add water as necessary.

    I love the additions you use in this recipe. All I 've ever used has been the canned mushroom soup. I just know that going to change from now on . Thanks for a great recipe.

    Looks really good, Pat...bet I could do these in the crockpot since it's so darned hot here right now! 104 degrees this a.m. at 11:30.
