Strawberry Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add the strawberries, oil, eggs, and pecans and mix well. Spoon into a greased and floured large loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the loaf tests done. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
  • Yield: 1 loaf
