There is a restaurant about an hour away from where we live that serves sweet potato fries and "horsey" dip. This was my attempt at replicating the dip and it's pretty darn good!

- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- cayenne pepper, to taste

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
2 tbsp mayonnaise shopping list
2 tbsp prepared horseradish shopping list
cayenne pepper, to taste shopping list

How to make it

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Note: this does seam to increase in heat after refrigeration
