Tuscan Broiled Shrimp

- 1 lb. large fresh shrimp,peeled and deveined(tails left on) shopping list
- 1/2 c Italian-style bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c olive oil shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves,crushed shopping list
- 1 or more lemons(depending on size),juiced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Split shrimp lengthwise,don't cut all the way through. Place shrimp on baking sheet. Set aside
- In small bowl, mix together bread crumbs,cheese,,olive oil and garlic,stirring to blend well. Stuff 1 big TB bread-crumb mixture into split in each shrimp.
- Place shrimp under broiler till bread crumbs are toasted and browned,about 4 mins. Squeeze lemon juice over each shrimp.
