Pepperoni And Sundried Tomatos Pizza

- 1 pound fresh white bread dough shopping list
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarela shopping list
- 1 tbsp pitted and sliced black olives shopping list
- 3 finelly cut sundried tomatos (I used Sacla Italia) shopping list
- 1 tbsp capers shopping list
- 7 slices of pepperoni shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 475F/250C.
- Roll out the bread dough into a circle.
- Spread the tomato sauce and dried oregano on the dough.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarela, olives, sundried tomatos and capers.
- Cover dough with the peperroni and finish by adding the rest of mozzarela.
- Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes or until it is golden and crispy.
