Chile Mustard Chicken

- 4 chicken cutlets shopping list
- 4 tbs. extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbs. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 5 or 6 drops of Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic minced shopping list
- 2 tbs. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tbs. parsley shopping list
- 1 tbs. black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3 tbs. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. dill dried shopping list
- 1 jalapeno chili chopped fine (with seeds) shopping list
- 2 serranos chopped fine (with seeds) shopping list
- 1 habanero chopped fine (with seeds) shopping list
How to make it
- wash cutlets and pat dry. rub a pinch of the salt, pepper & cayenne into chicken. make marinade by adding all other ingredients except the garlic and chilis into a casserole dish. do not refrigerate! place cutlets in marinade and cover them completely with the marinade. add minced garlic and chilis (seeds and all) onto the top off chicken and garnish with marinade. place in preheated 375 degree oven and let bake for 1/2 hour garnishing with marinade evry 10 minutes so as not to dry out the chicken. eat and enjoy! serve with a chicken flavored rice.

Okay... I used bone in, skin on thighs for this... 6 of 'em... but I didn't increase any of the heat. We love hot, but as written, it might even be a lil hot for us! :) I just dumped everything together in a super size zipper bag, and then dumped it...more
