How to make it

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, the egg, the onions. Add some salt and pepper. Form 4 nice shaped ball of meat.
  • 2. Cook the bacon or the pancetta in a pan or in the micro wave until crispy. In a pan, prepare the onion in the olive oil. Cook until gold. Then add the mushrooms and the salt and pepper and cook until the mushrooms become gold as well.
  • 3. In the same pan, add the meat. Cook until well done.
  • 4. Grill a bit the english muffins.
  • 5. Mount as you like with all the ingredients !

    My mind is totally blown here. You take this recipe (minus the swiss) and add Shandy's Au Gratin Sherry onions, and top it off with Henrie's Killer Garlic Bread only made into buns???? ZOMG, you'll have like the most epic uber-mega-zord burgers EVER fit for the gods. It might make us mere mortals go insane from jouissance. I dunno about you, but I'm willing to risk it.

    I've never had Jasper Hill's Bleu before? Is it THAT good? I just checked, and I do have it locally. I'll give it a go. Thanks, and spectacular post!
