Reminds me (a little ) of Key Lime Pie.

Ingredients
- * 9-inch graham cracker crust
- * 1/3 cup lime juice
- * 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- * 1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- * 2 very ripe mangos, peeled and seeded
- * whipped cream, optional
Directions
- Place lime juice in small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin granules top. Cook on low for about 2 minutes, while stirring to dissolve gelatin. Remove from heat and add milk. In food processor, puree mango. Stir mango into milk mixture.
- Pour into crust. Chill until set. Serve plain or with whipped cream.

Oh My! I will have to see if I can get my parents to send me mangos. We can get them, but they aren't the same as those in FL.

This is excellent! I made it this morning and we just had some. Very yummy! Quite easy to make. I just made all of the filling in the food processor after I pureed the mango. I topped the whole thing with whipped cream after the filling set. Thank you for such an easy, but delicious recipe. I will be making this again.
