Mango Pie Delight

Reminds me (a little ) of Key Lime Pie.
Ingredients
- * 9-inch graham cracker crust shopping list
- * 1/3 cup lime juice shopping list
- * 1 envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- * 1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- * 2 very ripe mangos, peeled and seeded shopping list
- * whipped cream, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Place lime juice in small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin granules top. Cook on low for about 2 minutes, while stirring to dissolve gelatin. Remove from heat and add milk. In food processor, puree mango. Stir mango into milk mixture.
- Pour into crust. Chill until set. Serve plain or with whipped cream.

Oh My! I will have to see if I can get my parents to send me mangos. We can get them, but they aren't the same as those in FL.

This is excellent! I made it this morning and we just had some. Very yummy! Quite easy to make. I just made all of the filling in the food processor after I pureed the mango. I topped the whole thing with whipped cream after the filling set. Thank yo...more

Made my daughter very happy, she loves mango, and this was according the her, "way better than lime pie, mom, way better" So, thanks for the evening out the points round here. Nice recipe!
