How to make it

  • Peel and slice tomatoes in half early in the day and place in a glass baking dish. Pour Italian dressing over tomato halves and refrigerate until 1 hour before serving.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Drain artichoke hearts and slice. Put on top of tomato halves. Sprinkle each half with basil, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Top each with a pat of butter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
