- 4 Large ripe tomatoes shopping list
- 1 Cup Italian salad dressing shopping list
- 1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Italian flavored bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated, if possible) shopping list
- 4 Tbs butter shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and slice tomatoes in half early in the day and place in a glass baking dish. Pour Italian dressing over tomato halves and refrigerate until 1 hour before serving.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Drain artichoke hearts and slice. Put on top of tomato halves. Sprinkle each half with basil, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Top each with a pat of butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
