How to make it

  • Heat 1 TBSP EVOO over medium heat
  • Add crushed garlic and red pepper flakes.
  • Be very careful not to let the garlic burn. Toss w/spoon frequently. The whole idea is to get the flavors of the garlic and pepper with in the oil.
  • Add can of Crushed Tomatoes and wine, stir and reduce to simmer for at least 10mins. If you can allow it a bit more time that will enhance the flavor.
  • Use on top of your favorite pasta and enjoy!
