Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coarsely chopped roasted peanuts
- 1 cup Thai peanut sauce
- 6 oz Chicken breast strips, grilled
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 6 cup Coleslaw mix, shredded
Directions
- Cut chicken into ½ inch pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, coleslaw mix and cilantro. Add peanut sauce and mix well. If desired, garnish with peanuts.

What's in Thai Peanut Sauce? I don't want to buy it. I have Thai Fish Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, Szechuan Sauce, and of course Peanut Butter. Could I make it with any of these? This recipe sounds delicious!
