How to make it

  • Brown chicken in hot oil and butter. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
  • Add other ingredients.
  • Simmer, covered, on top of stove for an hour or bake, covered, @ 325 for same time.
  • Thin sauce with milk if needed.
  • Serve over steamed rice or hot, split biscuits.
