How to make it

  • Cook the first six ingredients for 2 minutes, while whisking, until mixture comes to a boil.
  • In a medium bowl, add the garlic, mayo, Eagle Condensed Milk and lemon juice, mix well, then add to the cooked items and mix well again.
  • Enjoy this dressing on your favorite tostada or salad!
