How to make it

  • Combine chicken with marinade and season for 30 minutes.
  • Coat with corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Dish and drain.
  • Leave 1tbsp oil in wok, put in pineapple, capsicum, tomato and stir well.
  • Pour in sauce and cook until thick.
  • Add in fried chicken breast, stir well and dish up.
  • TIP: I didn't have Thai chili sauce, instead I used Sweet Chili Sauce for all the chili sauce that was needed.
