How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400'
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in shallow pan. Drizzle with wine mixture;toss to coat.
  • Bake 55 mins or till potaoes are tender,stirring occasionally.

    This is very good. I substituted the wine with chicken broth, and used white potatoes, only because that's all I had. Thanks for sharing!
