Creamy Chicken With Vegetables In Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients

Marinade:

6 chicken breasts (skinless and cut in half)

4 chicken legs

poultry seasoning, sage, rosemary, garlic powder, Herbs de Provence, paprika, salt & pepper

1/4 cup olive oil

Crockpot:

1 onion thinly sliced

fresh sliced mushrooms (1 or 2 pkgs, your choice)

1/2 bag of baby carrots

scallions (3-4)

1-1/2 cup Jasmine Rice (raw)

2 large zucchini cut down long length and sliced 1/4" slices

2 cloves garlic chopped

1 leek thinly sliced

1 can (14.5) chicken broth

1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup

1 cup white wine

1 (8 oz) sour cream

Directions

Marinate chicken with marinade ingredients and let sit at least 3 hours.

This step can be skipped if you like just add olive oil and the seasonings to crockpot when cooking

In crockpot place chicken and marinade

Top with rice

Then mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, onions, leeks, garlic, scallions

Pour wine over veggie layer

Whisk together sour cream, broth & cream soup till well blended

Pour over top

Season with paprika, salt & pepper

Stir to mix in seasonings

Cook at 4 or 6 hour setting

It's like casserole in the crockpot, great idea, i had crockpot but i never try to cook anything on it, i thing i am gonna christening my crockpot with this dish thanks for sharing
