How to make it

  • PREPARATION:
  • Place 1/3 cup morsels in a medium glass bowl and microwave at high 1 minute or until morsels are almost melted, stirring until smooth. Let cool. Add the softened cream cheese to melted morsels, beat at medium speed of mixer until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and beat until well blended. Press mixture into a 6 inch square on heavy duty plastic wrap, cover and chill at least one hour.
  • Cut mixture into 48 squares. Roll each square into a ball and place on wax paper. Roll half in unsweetened cocoa and half in powdered sugar. Melt 2T mint chips and drizzle each ball. Serve at room temperature. Can be frozen.

    Awesome! I also love the idea of shaping the mixture and cutting it into the required amount. I like knowing ahead of time how many of something I'm going to get. Great post!
