How to make it

  • cut chilies into strips
  • line casserole with a layer of chilies
  • cover with cheeses and another layer of peppers
  • Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk; pour over cheese.
  • Bake at 350 until custard sets.
  • Serve with garlic bread.

    This sounds like a very good quiche. Rellenos in Spanish literally translates to stuffed. Good recipe, however.
