How to make it

  • melt butter and combine coffee, mix through the biscuit crumb, then press out into a lightly greased 22cm springform tin, and chill until firm.
  • preheat oven to 150.c.
  • To prepare filling filling, place all the filling ingreds except choc peices into a food processor and blend til smooth. stir in choc pieces, and pour into crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for an hour, (the filling will become firm as it cools), allow to cool then chill for atleast 3-4 hours before serving..drizzle top with melted choc.
