Moccochino cheesecake

- 250g malted biscuits crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp instant coffee shopping list
- 100g butter shopping list
- 500g cream cheese shopping list
- 500g plain unsweetened yogurt shopping list
- 2 tsp instant coffee shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 c cream shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 Tbsp cornflour shopping list
- 1/2 c dark choc balls or peices shopping list
How to make it
- melt butter and combine coffee, mix through the biscuit crumb, then press out into a lightly greased 22cm springform tin, and chill until firm.
- preheat oven to 150.c.
- To prepare filling filling, place all the filling ingreds except choc peices into a food processor and blend til smooth. stir in choc pieces, and pour into crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for an hour, (the filling will become firm as it cools), allow to cool then chill for atleast 3-4 hours before serving..drizzle top with melted choc.
