How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine rhubarb, the raspberies, if desired, 1/4 cup of the flour, the white sugar and the cinnamon and place in an 11 x 9 baking dish.
  • Combine the remaining 1 cup flour, the oats, the brown sugar, and the melted butter and mix well.
  • Sprinkle the topping over the rhubarb mixture and bake for 35 minutes. Serve slightly cooled w. vanilla ice cream.

    Made this evening, served it warm with vanilla bean ice cream and...ahhhh...a bowl of heaven! I used 1/2 pint of raspberries and made one tiny tweek...I used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar...my, oh my...DELISH!
