Pork Fried Rice

- 1 T veg oil shopping list
- 1 egg beaten ( I use 2 I like more egg in it) shopping list
- 3/4 c cubed cooked pork shopping list
- 1/4 c finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 c canned bean sprouts shopping list
- 2 c cold cooked long grain rice (great for left over rice)] shopping list
- 1/4 c chicken broth (this gives a lot of flavor) shopping list
- 1 T soy sauce shopping list
- 1 green onion sliced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp sugar shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In skillet or wok heat oil on high and add egg
- As egg sets lift to let uncooked portion flow underneath
- When egg is completely cooked remove and place on a plate
- In same pan stir fry the pork, onion, and bean sprouts for 2-3 minutes until onion is tender
- Add rice and both cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes until heated through
- Chop egg into small pieces add to rice.
- Stir in soy sauce, green onion, sugar and pepper.
- *can add other veggies if you want to bulk it up*
