Ingredients

How to make it

  • In skillet or wok heat oil on high and add egg
  • As egg sets lift to let uncooked portion flow underneath
  • When egg is completely cooked remove and place on a plate
  • In same pan stir fry the pork, onion, and bean sprouts for 2-3 minutes until onion is tender
  • Add rice and both cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes until heated through
  • Chop egg into small pieces add to rice.
  • Stir in soy sauce, green onion, sugar and pepper.
  • *can add other veggies if you want to bulk it up*

    Great recipe, will be one of my regulars. Doesn't tell you when to add the broth. Perhaps a typo " Add rice and both cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes until heated through" should it be rice and broth

    I'm with you on the egg, I like more too. Great recipe! Try it with sesame oil sometime, gives it a nice, different flavor.
