Mom's Goof Balls Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream softened butter with the sugar, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  • Roll into small balls & bake in a 350 degree oven for aproximately 15 minutes.
  • After cooling a bit, roll in powdered sugar.
  • NOTE: She had "double recipe" on her recipe card, so you could probably half this & have plenty!!

    These sound similar to Mexican wedding cookies. I love those bet these are wonderful too.

    I think I would keep it a "double recipe" so I have some extras for myself. I like the name too!
