From mommyluvs2cook 14 years agoIngredients
- 4 tilapia fillets shopping list
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter shopping list
- 2 1/2 Tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth shopping list
- 2 Tbs honey shopping list
- 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 15 fresh sage leaves chopped shopping list
- S&P shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200
- Season the tilapia fillets with S&P on both sides.
- Heat the butter in a skillet and add the fish. Cook until done about 3 minutes per side. Keep warm in a 200 degree oven
- In same pan add the veggie stock. Scrape up bits off the bottom of the pan. Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer. Add honey, dijon and lemon juice and simmer until it reduces to a sauce consistency. Stir in the sage and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over fish and enjoy!
- P.S. The sauce is pretty rich so don't go overboard on putting it on your fish ;)
