Sam's Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Throw the beef, stuffing and egg together
  • Mix with your fingers
  • Place in a loaf pan (can put 2 piece of bread at bottom to soak up grease and discard when done)
  • Mix ketchup and brown sugar together and pour over top
  • Bake 425 for 50 min
  • Let sit and cool to cut better
  • * I love to serve with cheesy potatoes*
