Molasses Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt shortening
  • Let cool
  • Add sugar, egg and molasses.
  • Beat well
  • Stir together dry ingredients
  • Add to first mixture
  • Mix well
  • Chill
  • Form into 1 in calls and roll in sugar
  • Place 2 in apart on greased cookie sheet
  • Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes
  • *Love these with coffee!*
