Sausage Stew

- 6-8 thick sausages -(chopped into thirds) shopping list
- 3 chopped carrots shopping list
- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- Some mushrooms shopping list
- A head of broken up broccolli shopping list
- Other vegetables - smallish bits shopping list
- 1c. of rice shopping list
- 1 tin tomatoes shopping list
- 3 chopped potatoes shopping list
- 1 c. of of water shopping list
- 1 bouillon(vegetable or beef) shopping list
- herbs shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to fry the sausage pieces, until brown.
- Then you can add the carrots and onion and fry 3-5 minutes.
- Next add the rice and stir , coating every grain.
- Then add the water, potatoes, broccolli, other vegetables, tomatoes and herbs and crumble in the stock cube.
- You will then want to bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 20 minutes, or until the rice is done.
- Salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve.
