Spicy Scarborough Chicken Marinade

- 1 TBSP chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage shopping list
- 3 sprigs thyme, stripped and chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1 habenero pepper, finely diced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Place chicken into a large zippered plastic back. Add marinade. Zip bag, forcing out as much air as possible. Refrigerate for four hours to overnight.
