Ingredients
- 2 quarts apple cider (fresh cider from an apple orchard is excellent!)
- 1½ quarts cranberry cocktail juice (cran-raspberry flavor works nice, too)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 (3 inch) whole cinnamon sticks
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a large crock-pot or kettle and stir to blend.
- Cook over low heat until beverage is hot.
- Remove the lemon slices after 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
