How to make it

  • Cook speghetti according to package directions.
  • Put chicken and flour in a bag and shake to coat.
  • Add chicken to skillet and saute 7 to 8 minutes, turning once.
  • Mix sauce, speghetti and chicken.
  • Toss to mix and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Sauce:
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; add peppers, onion and garlic.
  • Saute this for 3 minutes until soft.
  • Stir in sauce and heat for 1 to 2 minutes more.
