This is a nice change of pace from plain old broccoli. I steamed the broccoli first, then tossed with the sauce. There wasn’t much sauce to cover a pound of broccoli and it was barely detectible. I love the idea of this and the cashews add a wonderful crunch. Next time I will either double the sauce or use more marmalade to give it a hearty orange taste.
