Ginger-orange Butter Broccoli With Cashews

- 1 pound fresh broccoli, cut into spears shopping list
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- cashew halves for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cream together softened butter, orange marmalade, vinegar, and ginger. Set aside.
- Saute broccoli in olive oil and a small amount of water until bright green and crisp-tender, (Or boil and/or steam if you prefer.) Drain well.
- Add butter mixture to the broccoli and toss until the butter is melted and the broccoli is completely coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with cashews and enjoy!
