Chipolte Apricot Cream Cheese Spread

- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 1/2 c apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 canned chipolte pepper in adobo sauce,finely chopped shopping list
- 2 TB water 1 green onion,finely chopped shopping list
- crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Spread cream cheese onto bottom of shallow dish.
- Cook preserves,peppers and water in saucepan on med-low heat 5 mins. or till preserves are melted,stirring occasionally. Stir in onions;spread over cream cheese.
- Serve with crackers

Pat this has my name all over it. I heated apricot preserves with a chipotle last week to spread on some salmon fillets. Yummy flavors. The cream cheese is a great tempering agent.
