How to make it
- Combine all ingredients other than cheese in small blender or spice grinder and grind for a few seconds, just to break up the peppercorns, mostly.
- Add herbs to Parmesan cheese and mix well to combine.
- Store in airtight spice shaker or use immediately.
- There is a tiny bit of oil in the lemon zest, so this won't clump, but it might sorta... mold together slightly if pressed with your fingers. That's okay, just give it a lil shake and it'll be fine, again. :)
