How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine oats, brown sugar and 1/2 cup bisquick. Cut in butter with pastry blender or your fingers until well blended and moist enough to form a ball.
  • Place well drained berries in bottom of 8” X 8” baking dish and toss with remaining 1/4 cup bisquick. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over fruit and bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Place cobbler in serving bowls and drizzle a little cream or half and half over it. A scoop of ice cream will do as well however I never have ice cream on hand and I always have cream so I use that.
