How to make it

  • In large deep skillet or Dutch oven, combine water or wine, salt (if using) thyme, potatoes and sausage.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender.
  • Add corn and clams.
  • Cover and cook 5 minutes or until clams open.
  • Serve with melted butter.
