Swallow Your Tongue Bucket Steak

- 6 large pieces bucket steak shopping list
- 4 TBS Crisco, or to preference shopping list
- 1 envelope mushroom onion soup mix shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 3 TBS reduced sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dill, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sour cream, soy sauce and brown sugar and dill in mixing bowl.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Melt the crisco in a large skillet.
- Add the pieces of meat, sprinkle each side with soup mix, salt and pepper, brown well on each side. Remove from skillet onto brown paper or paper towels to drain, then place into 9x13 baking dish.
- Cover meat and surrounding areas with sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Savor!
