Chicken Tonkatsu (Japanese Breaded Chicken Cutlet)

- chicken breasts cut lengthwise shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- flour shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
- sauce: shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar or cinnamon powder shopping list
- dash of garlic powder shopping list
- dash of all spice shopping list
- dash of ground clove (an option) shopping list
- 1/4 tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Dip chicken into scrambled egg with salt, then dip into the flour then bread crumbs with dash of pepper. Fry until golden.
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce. serve with hot white rice. Enjoy!
