This dish is very good for summer, if you change the zucchini for potatoes you will have belarusian dish - we call it DRANIKI.

Privyet! These look so good. My Grandma used to make Potato pancakes and these reminded me of her. :) Thanks for sharing the recipe. The photos are great too!
