Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except goats cheese in medium glass bowl. See Photo
  • Whisk until well combined.
  • Add about 3-4oz of goat cheese crumbles and stir, well. You want to break up some of the cheese crumbles. :)
  • Let rest in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Crumble remaining goat cheese on top, at serving.

I prefer goat cheese to bleu cheese, so this sounds just perfect :)

I always sub goat cheese for bleu cheese in salads - never thought to do this, though! Great idea!

I think I may as well subscribe to your recipes. We love everything you come up with. Having the pizza scones tonight and hubby has already been nibbling on those. The Pea and Mushroom Crisp is a fave. I've made it twice (2nd time for company and they loved loved loved it). Come Monday we will try the white chocolate oatmeal. I know we will love this current recipe as well, we use a lot of goat cheese. Thanks Keni and keep em coming.
