    We love Fettucini Alfredo in our house, and also like to add shrimp or salmon to it. I've never made it with cream cheese(well my husband's the one who usually makes it.) Will give this a try, sounds very good & so simple. Thanks for sharing. I added it to the "Five or Fewer" group, hope you don't mind.
